Bible Lessons for Preschoolers

Investing God's Word Into Our Children

Easter Lesson #4 April 1, 2010

Filed under: Uncategorized — preschooljoy @ 9:00 am

  • Easter egg & Scripture reference hunt
  • Read Matthew 26:47-57 and Mark 15:1-15
  • Let your children tie up your hands. Show them how helpless you are. Talk about how Jesus, who was more powerful than any person, let himself get tied up.
  • We watched a very small portion of The Passion of the Christ, the part where Jesus is with Pilate before the crowds, and they’re shouting “Crucify him! Cruicify him!” I wanted them to have a sense of how lonely it was for Jesus and how it seemed as though almost everyone was against him.
  • Pray together.
